Terms of services

GENERAL
By commissioning me, it is understood that the client agrees to all of my terms and conditions. I reserve the rights to include the commission in my portfolio. Any sort of hateful or criminal content is not allowed. Commissioned artwork cannot be used or sold as NFT nor can it be used in any association with AI art.PAYMENTS
Payment should be made upfront. Full payment is preferred but if commission request surpasses $300, client may opt to paying 50% beforehand, and 50% after the commission's completionREVISIONS
Maximum of 2 major* revisions are allowed after receiving the initial sketch. Any other major revisions after this stage will amount an additional charge.* Major revision includes the pose, or anything that affects the composition of the picture and/or requires a change of more than 30% of the picture.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time may take 2 weeks to 1 month depending on the complexity of the piece. Rush orders may amount to additional fees.USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I do not allow my artworks to be used in any form of blockchain-related technology - this includes NFT, AI art, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in the space.- I have the right to use the finished artwork as a part of my portfolio, and to publish the finished artwork to my social media accounts without any restrictions if I choose to do so. If the client doesn't want the finished piece to be published, please let me know.- The client has freedom to all personal use of their commission so long as I'm provided with proper credit. Personal usage pertains to using the artwork as an icon, thumbnail, personal prints, etc., as long as the intent is to not make profit off of it.- Any commission made for intent to print commercially or for profit, or to be used for advertising or merchandising is considered commercial, and will be charged an additional amount for commercial usage fees.REFUNDS
Commissions are nonrefundable once I have started with the sketch. I will only refund if I have made zero progress or am otherwise unable to complete it due to various personal reasons.COMMUNICATION
Communication can be made through email, Twitter DMs, or Discord. Please make me aware of your preference beforehand so I can send you commission updates to the right place. Client can expect updates every once or sometimes twice a week. Please discuss any specific deadlines with me beforehand so I can adjust my schedule accordingly.
